Professor, Research group leader
Johannes is a W2 professor at LMU, leading the AG Synthetic Quantum Matter, as well as the research group leader of the Quantum Matter Interfaces Group at MPQ. His research interests cover quantum computing and quantum simulation with atom arrays and novel light matter interfaces. In 2022, Johannes co-founded the neutral-atom quantum computing startup planqc. More information can be found here.
